Less than Ten: ESXi iSCSI path management with Nimble Connection Manager

In this video overview we step through an installation of Nimble Connection Manager for VMware (NCM). The value of NCM is that it automatically manages iSCSI connections from a VMware ESXi host to a Nimble Storage array using a single Discovery IP address. This means VMware administrators no longer have to manually establish iSCSI connections or be concerned about how many connections are being made to a volume.

What’s more, joining Nimble arrays together in a Group means you can span volumes across those arrays and leave NCM to manage path selection.
